Policy Development

LDC developed bylaws, governance and human resource policies for the Aboriginal Sport Circle, followed by a board development session on the topics of governance and human resource management.


Change Management

LDC supported Makerspace YK through its transformation from a hands-on, operational board to a governance board through the development of governance documents, group training, and strategy development.

Strategic Planning

LDC guided Yellowknife Search and Rescue through the development of its strategy and provided in-person governance and conflict resolution training for its team.

Working Together

Conflict Resolution

LDC provided an in-person conflict resolution session for 75 participants at Softball BC's annual general meeting as part of its initiative to support their membership with relevant skill development and training.
